She motivates, leads, trains, and educates individuals and has done so for over 15 years. She has worked for state and federal agencies as a public servant. She successfully owned her own business for over 12 years in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX. She is the administrator of Anthony Johnson Development Services and co-leader in group sessions with her husband, Anthony. Cynthia is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she engages in public service activities on a regular basis beneficial to adolescent girls. He educates, trains, counsels, mentors, develops programs, enhances cultural intelligence and motivates change in organizations and lives of many individuals and families and has done so for over 20 years.
