In seeking to personally improve your mental and emotional health, additional help is needed. What exactly is that help? Where can you find it? For the Christian, God should be the primary resource for improving one’s mental and emotional health and wellness. Biblically, the Bible tells us that God’s help is delivered to us in and through the person of the Holy Spirit. As a result, it serves the Christian well to get to know who the Holy Spirit is, what He is like, and what He can do. This book deals with those very things. Specifically, this book deals with the gift of tongues and the impact (1 Corinthians 14:4) that this gift can have on a person’s mental and emotional well-being. Join me on this journey and find out just how beneficial this gift can be and how it can be used to improve the quality of your inner world. Blessings! Ken Wilson was born in Erie, PA and currently lives in North Carolina. He is married and has one child. Additionally, he has two cats and a Siberian husky which keeps him very busy. In addition to writing, Ken enjoys counseling clients, teaching, preaching, and generally, just being able to do anything that has to do with God’s Word. His hobbies include spending quality time with his family, collecting action figures with his son, tennis, biking with his SUPER high energy dog, and playing a mean game of corn-hole. Above all, Ken desires to help Christians everywhere understand who they are in Christ and what it means to live a victorious life surrounded by God’s grace and His tender care.
