Based on Hannah Arendt’s suggestive thesis, Leandro Marcelo Cisneros explores the contents that affirm the existence of a Kantian political philosophy and, more specifically, whether its key to interpretation can be found in I. Kant’s Critique of the Faculty of Judgment. Kant. In this political philosophy, the focus is on the definition of political freedom and also on the guidelines for its realization, without this action contradicting the conditions of universality and impartiality that the viewing public requires in order to judge the facts. On this last point, we ask whether aesthetic reflexive judgment is one of the ways to effectively exercise political freedom. To this end, an interpretation of politics is offered which, without detracting from its scientific dimension, values the aesthetic dimension of politics and proposes considering it a beautiful art.
