Each page is a beautifully illustrated yoga pose with matching letter of the alphabet, with a total of 26 yoga postures and poems! The postures in this book are accessible and come in a variety of forms such as symbols, animals, and things found in nature followed along with a poem instructing movement. Each poem has an intention such as taking a deep calming breath or a movement that involves concentration and mindfulness. The characters throughout the book are also diverse in age, gender, & race showing how yoga is for everyone.
