A física moderna não dá definições claras para muitos fenómenos conhecidos, tais como eletricidade estática, corrente elétrica, efeito fotoelétrico, luz, campo magnético, efeito piezoelétrico, corrente elétrica no vácuo, entre outros. Ficará surpreendido, mas a ciência moderna não dá respostas compreensíveis para muitas perguntas simples. A minha teoria dipolar da eletricidade e do magnetismo permite explicar esses fenómenos de forma simples e convincente. O livro foi escrito em linguagem simples e destina-se a alunos de todos os níveis de ensino. Evitei propositadamente usar fórmulas matemáticas complexas e termos que substituem a essência do fenómeno estudado pela sua aparência científica. Espero que o livro inspire alunos, estudantes e investigadores a rever os princípios fundamentais da física, a realizar novas experiências e a fazer novas descobertas.
