Em nenhum outro momento de nossa trágica história algo semelhante ocorreu, não como ocorre agora. A cúpula do poder judiciário passou a agir de forma exacerbada e por vezes de forma sádica, eu diria.A partir de 2018, mais precisamente, os ânimos começaram a se acirrar de uma forma descontrolada. De um lado, o então presidente da República, Jair Bolsonaro, de outro, algumas personalidades da cúpula do poder judiciário lotados no stf. O que ocorreu foi que muitas provocações e discursos de cunho político, do então presidente, foram direcionados a agentes do poder público do judiciário, isso se deu por conta de avanços cada vez mais arbitrários desses agentes frente ao jogo da arena política
