Il reclutamento e l’iscrizione delle donne nei corsi di laurea STEM (scienze, tecnologia, ingegneria e matematica) è diventato un problema per le università specializzate in settori come l’aviazione e l’aeronautica. Il problema di ricerca di questo studio era che i dipartimenti di marketing delle università aeronautiche hanno difficoltà ad attrarre e iscrivere studentesse. Un campione di 64 studenti maschi e 64 studentesse (128 studenti in totale) di laurea triennale e magistrale di un’importante università aeronautica ha partecipato a un sondaggio per capire meglio i fattori che influenzano il desiderio delle candidate di iscriversi a un corso universitario.
