This project, called 'Despregar As Asas', consists of a study of 83 employees of the University Restaurant (RU) of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), with the aim of verifying the effectiveness of Lian Gong in 18 Therapies in reducing shoulder girdle and pelvic pain. The participants were assessed using two questionnaires applied at different times during the research. The theoretical foundations of the project are based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the objectives of Lian Gong in 18 Therapies and Tui Na.
