In a whimsical world where animals and people speak the same language, lies a kingdom called Tabby Town. It is ruled by a greedy, little king named Tabby. He is a very rude and selfish king. When King Tabby was a tiny kitten, he was kidnapped from his grandma's castle and was taken to Mr. Rattay's sewer kingdom to be a prisoner forever! Mr. Rattay's plan was to rule Tabby Town some day but when a boy hears young King Tabby's cries from the sewer, Mr. Rattay's plans are thwarted. The boy rescues King Tabby from the kingdom of rats, and returns him to the castle in Tabby Town. When greedy, little King Tabby orders the residents of Tabby Town to bake every dessert imaginable overnight, he gets himself and the whole town into an awful mess! He'll need a humble attitude and the help of a brave woodworker to restore Tabby Town and himself back to normal.
