Il présente des approches innovantes pour résoudre des systèmes linéaires quasi-tridiagonaux de Toeplitz par blocs, tout en minimisant l’utilisation de la mémoire. Parmi les contributions majeures, on trouve un nouvel algorithme pour les systèmes quasi-pentadiagonaux symétriques, basé sur une décomposition alternative et la formule de Sherman-Morrison, ainsi qu’un algorithme appliqué au schéma de Lax-Wendroff pour des systèmes quasi-pentadiagonaux non symétriques. Ce travail vise à renforcer l’efficacité des méthodes de calcul numérique et à offrir de nouvelles perspectives dans ce domaine.
