Étant donné qu’il s’agit d’une exigence pour opérer dans ce secteur, les motivations pour obtenir la certification peuvent, dans certains cas, être obscurcies par les exigences des clients (potentiels). Ce projet de recherche étudie ces motivations et pose la question suivante : la certification ISO 9001 obtenue par une entreprise était-elle une décision commerciale stratégique ou était-elle simplement destinée à des fins de marketing ?
