Synthèse biogénique verte et rapide de nanoparticules d’argent (AgNPs) à l’aide d’un extrait de feuille de Catharanthus roseus. Les nanoparticules synthétisées ont été caractérisées par UV-Visible, FTIR et XRD. La réduction des ions d’argent en AgNPs à l’aide de l’extrait de C. roseus a été achevée en 240 minutes. La formation des AgNPs a été confirmée par l’utilisation de la résonance plasmonique de surface (SPR) à 413 nm à l’aide d’un spectrophotomètre UV-Vis. Les études morphologiques ont révélé la forme sphérique des particules avec des tailles allant de 16 à 35 nm et le spectre EDX a confirmé la présence d’argent et d’autres éléments dans le métabolite végétal. La synthèse extracellulaire des AgNPs par l’extrait aqueux de feuilles démontre une méthode ultra-rapide, simple et peu coûteuse, comparable à d’autres méthodes. Le test antioxydant des AgNPs synthétisées indique qu’elles ont une forte propriété antioxydante par rapport au contrôle. Étant donné que ces composés sont également sûrs à utiliser et à rejeter dans l’environnement, les AgNP vertes pourraient être considérées comme une approche alternative innovante pour les industries biomédicales et basées sur les nanosciences.
