Swirling Waters is a novel written by Max Rittenberg and first published in 1913. Set in the early 20th century, the story follows the lives of two young lovers, Jack and Mabel, who are torn apart by the swirling waters of fate. Jack is a sailor who is forced to leave Mabel behind when he is called to duty on a ship. Mabel, heartbroken and alone, struggles to come to terms with their separation and the uncertainty of their future together. As the story unfolds, the two lovers must navigate through the challenges of life, including war, betrayal, and deception, in order to find their way back to each other. Along the way, they encounter a cast of characters, including a wealthy businessman, a conniving ex-lover, and a kind-hearted nurse, who all play a role in their journey. Swirling Waters is a timeless tale of love, loss, and the power of the human spirit to overcome adversity. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
