Dadurch wird reflexives Handeln ermöglicht, neue Perspektiven werden aufgezeigt. Die Ausbildungssupervision unterstützt und regt die klinisch-praktische Kompetenzentwicklung an. Sie bietet eine individuelle, persönlichkeits- und entwicklungsorientierte Begleitung im Professionalisierungs- und Rollenfindungsprozess werdender Logopädinnen und Logopäden.
