La ricerca è stata condotta per confrontare l’ansia tra sportivi e non sportivi. Cinquanta sportivi e cinquanta non sportivi di età compresa tra i venticinque e i ventotto anni sono stati selezionati con la tecnica del campionamento mirato dalla Lovely Professional University. Per raccogliere i dati è stato utilizzato il Comprehensive Anxiety Test di Bhardwaj, Sharma, Bhargav. Dopo la raccolta dei dati, il punteggio dell’ansia di entrambi i gruppi è stato confrontato con l’applicazione del t-test ed è stato concluso che il livello di ansia tra i non sportivi è risultato più alto rispetto ai non sportivi e la deviazione è minore rispetto agli sportivi.
