Abstract:Transduction of a large extra-chromosomal plasmid (315 kb) by bacteriophage P1kc from a host E.coli K12 to a recipient E.coli K12. This phenomenon was detected by by microbial genetic techniques and physical techniques that recovered and measured the entire plasmid in the recipient.Dissertation Discovery Company and University of Florida are dedicated to making scholarly works more discoverable and accessible throughout the world.
