Les auteurs ont révélé les principales orientations de la recherche psychologique et pédagogique moderne, ont examiné les questions de l’auto-organisation des enfants et des relations sur la base de la coopération avec les étudiants des universités pédagogiques sur la théorie et la pratique des organisations d’enfants.Les principales dispositions et conclusions de ce travail peuvent servir de base théorique et pratique à une étude plus approfondie des qualités de la personnalité importantes sur le plan professionnel dans diverses professions, et peuvent également aider les psychologues professionnels, les enseignants et les éducateurs à résoudre les problèmes liés à l’amélioration de la formation professionnelle des dirigeants de collectifs d’enfants.
