L’étude mettant en lien l’effet des stratégies de mémorisation sur les capacités mnésiques et perceptivo-motrices d’enfants sourds profonds scolarisés et non scolarisés âgés de 8 à 14 ans ; a pour objectif d’étudier l’effet des différentes stratégies de mémorisation sur les capacités mnésiques et perceptivo-motrices des enfants sourds profonds scolarisés et non scolarisés. Cent neuf (109) enfants sourds profonds dont 53 scolarisés à l’École Nationale pour Enfants Déficients Auditifs, et 56 non scolarisés vivant au sein de leur famille. La Figure Complexe de Rey et l’entretien semi-directif ont servi d’outils expérimentaux. Les analyses ont été traitées à l’aide du logiciel SPSS incluant le khi-deux, les analyses descriptives, de régressions linéaires et de corrélations. Les résultats révèlent que les enfants sourds profonds scolarisés, qui utilisent des stratégies de mémorisation fondées sur l’élaboration visuo-spatiale et l’organisation, et produisant des types de dessins I, II et III, obtiennent des scores élevés. Les enfants sourds non scolarisés s’appuyant sur une stratégie de répétition mentale et réalisent des types de dessins IV et V, présentent des performances inférieures.
