La réussite d’un projet est essentielle pour atteindre les objectifs de développement dans les communautés locales à travers le monde. Il est également entendu que la mise en œuvre des projets est fondamentale si l’on veut que les objectifs et la réussite du projet soient atteints. Divers projets peuvent être lancés pour transformer le bien-être social, politique et économique des citoyens d’un pays donné. Le National Government - Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) au Kenya est une initiative stratégique qui est de plus en plus largement acceptée par la population. Le respect de cette stratégie a rendu les projets du Fonds vulnérables à un examen minutieux, en particulier lors de la phase de mise en œuvre. Cette étude a cherché à établir l’influence de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d’amélioration continue sur la performance du projet dans le NG-CDF de Webuye Est.
