In dieser In-vitro-Studie wurde die Schlagfestigkeit von fragmentgeklebten Frontzähnen untersucht, die mit Kompositkunststoff (Shofu) und kunststoffmodifiziertem Glasionomerzement (RMGIC, Vitremer) restauriert wurden. Die Schlagzähigkeit wurde mit einer Schlagzähigkeitsprüfmaschine gemessen, und die Daten wurden mit der Software AutoCAD 2000 unter Anwendung des Student’s t-Tests und der ANOVA zur statistischen Auswertung analysiert.Master Chart Beobachtungen In dieser Tabelle wurden die Werte der Schlagzähigkeit und der Bruchfläche für intakte und fragmentierte Zähne dargestellt. Die Werte wurden in Joule aufgezeichnet und in Kilojoule umgerechnet, während die Frakturflächen in mm² gemessen und in m² umgerechnet wurden.Die Schlussfolgerung zeigt, dass die intakte Kontrollgruppe eine signifikant höhere Schlagfestigkeit aufwies als die Composite- und die RMGIC-Gruppe. Weitere Forschung ist erforderlich, um die Restaurationsmaterialien für bessere klinische Ergebnisse zu optimieren.
