Dit boek richt zich op sport in Oeganda, Corporate governance en hoe de wijze van oprichting van nationale sportverenigingen de twee genoemde pijlers beïnvloeden. Dit is gericht op het afbakenen van de juiste manier van oprichting die tegelijkertijd corporate/good governance en liquiditeit in de sportindustrie zou kunnen bevorderen. De auteur analyseerde de verschillende manieren van oprichting van sportorganisaties in Oeganda. Hij legt ook de doctrine van corporate governance vast, de beweegredenen achter de ontwikkeling ervan en de enorme voordelen ervan. Deze studie illustreert hoe de heersende wijze van oprichting door middel van Trust corporate governance in de sport beperkt en de gevaren die daar uit voortvloeien. De schrijver presenteert een vergelijkende analyse van hoe de incorporatie van sportverenigingen in andere landen of organisaties wordt behandeld en wat de Oegandese jurisdictie kan kopiëren of niet kan leren. De schrijver vat het samen door manieren van inlijving te presenteren die niet alleen blessurebestendig zijn, maar ook vruchtbaar voor de hele sportfamilie in Afrika en de rest van de wereld.
