Poetry has a different ring when you speak it aloud. These poems have rhythm, cadence, and rhyme to make the reading of them aloud very satisfying. These poems are reflections of the thoughtful and emotional observations of an author coming of age in the fifties and sixties. Fear, power, loneliness, and judgment are also subjects dealt with by this observant author.
