This book is written to accompany those who decide to enter a spiritual journey following the Lord so that they may be prudent in using their feelings. The faith is a good tool to channel our feelings in a proper manner. If we follow the Lord by being faithful to the faith, this will certainly help everyone to avoid conflicts, division and violence, which doesn’t come from the Holy Spirit but rather from the enemy.
