Der vorliegende Beitrag, der von Herm Dr. R. Schmitz-Scherzer angeregt wor­ den ist, wurde in seinen Grundziigen im Herbst des Jahres 1971 konzipiert. Herr Prof. Dr. R. Bergler, Frau Prof. Dr. U. Lehr und Herr Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. H. Tho­ mae haben mit ihren Ratschlagen wesentlich zum Gelingen der Arbeit beigetra­ gen. Allen sei an dieser Stelle herzlich gedankt. Daneben gebiihrt mein Dank denen, die durch ihre Mitwirkung zum Zustan­ dekommen der Arbeit beigetragen haben. Dabei sind vor aHem Frau L Driiwa, Herr K.H. Drewlani und Herr R. Kirchheim zu nennen, die einen gro~en Teil der Daten auf Bonner Spielplatzen erhoben haben. Zum anderen gilt der Dank auch den Kindem und Erwachsenen, die sich auf den Spielplatzen interviewen liej),en. Nicht zuletzt will ich auch Frau Dr. Bierhoff-Alferm.ann erwiihnen, die bei der Durchfiihrung der Untersuchung und bei der Interpretation der Er­ gebnisse wertvoHe Hilfe geleistet hat. Ohne ihren Beistand ware diese Studie nicht innerhalb von zweieinhalb Jahren zum Abschlu~ gebracht worden. Diese Arbeit wurde von der Philosophischen Fakultat der Universitat Bonn unter dem Titel 'Die Voraussage des Spieiplatzbesuchs anhand regressionsanalytischer Modelle' als Dissertation angenommen.
