Colonists are no longer fellow human beings. They are merely tools in service to the jaded desires of the powerful. Victor has imparted his skills and knowledge. But does it matter? Will it help bring peace and freedom? If not, do the colonies of Sector 27 have any chance of a good life under the yoke of the Commonwealth?
