Our soul memory is not prone to manipulation and over-writing and interference like our mental memory is. It is TRUE memory. When we’re interacting with others, doing things, our soul frequency is formed by our soul remembering things from its infallible memory, and is a true guide to us in this world of deception. What better friend can we have than our own soul memory? This book is a letter written to Ed about my findings through my own life recovering from trauma at the age of 8 which left me with serious memory loss. Through life I’ve seen myself and others heal by releasing soul memory in conscious or subconscious ways. In my previous book, 'Soul Memory' I wrote about memory carried in the elements of Air, Water, Fire, Earth and Friction. I left the other three lesser known elements of Time Focus, which is what makes us manifest at a particular point in eternity; Dream-Sleep which the element noticed as that which makes our eyelids heavy and increases the weight of a sleeping baby, a potent element both of soul and physique that plays a huge role in our biorhythms and life; and the element of Buoyancy, most often experienced as second wind, but in fact is the element through whose carried memory every cell of us is formed; which is why we carry certain characteristics physically from lifetime to lifetime.
