Denn besonders in der aktuellenDienstleistungs- und Informationsgesellschaft spielen Softskills eine bedeutende Rolle und werden immer wichtiger, wie eine vom Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB)durchgeführte Untersuchung 2 zeigt:(wird in der Originalarbeit angezeigt)Besonders die personale Kompetenz und die Sozialkompetenz werden noch mehr an Gewicht zunehmen ohne dass dabei die Fachkompetenz vernachlässigt wird.Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, einen Überblick über die Softskills und ihre Rolle im beruflichen Alltag zu geben. Außerdem soll der Einfluss von Softskills beim Aufbau eines Projektteamsdargestellt werden.
