As children of God, people are watching to see how we hold up under pressure, anxiety, stress, or fear. Esther’s courage came from her faith in God. She stepped up at the right time and saved her people. We may not have as much power and influence as Esther, but God places us where He wants us to be 'for such a time as this'. Your influence may only be to your family, your neighbors, your co-workers, or your close friends, but we must recognize our purpose and use our influence wherever God assigns us 'for such a time as this'.This book tells of Joyce’s preparation for handling her 'such a time as this' storm, when she was thrust into temporary 'homelessness' following a car crash into her home. Only God knows our 'such a time as this' - whether it’s a serious illness, financial difficulties, job loss, loss of loved ones, loss of material things, etc. God has brought Joyce through them all.How are you preparing for your 'such a time as this'?
