Some of it made sense but a lot did not. A lot was book quotes, not real experience. Take a look at the first chapter. I think you may be shocked at the research I am quoting. Read on. I have taken my counselling training, listened to my clients, added the all too often missing ingredient of common sense and then created a new way at looking at my practice in particular and psychology in general. What I do has to make sense to my clients so I know it will make sense to you too. It also does what no-one else wants to do. It takes a look at people behaving badly, and often very badly, and finds out how that works so you can defend yourself against them. It describes a powerful proven meditation programme too.
