O investigador considerou como beneficiários deste dispositivo os seguintes elementos O sistema pode ajudar a enfermeira da escola a manter um relatório de todos os registos médicos do pessoal, dos professores e dos alunos. Com o sistema, a enfermeira da escola pode monitorizar o inventário de todos os medicamentos na clínica. Com a ajuda do sistema, o assistente do aluno não precisa de pedir repetidamente as informações do doente. O sistema pode ajudar o médico a manter um registo do historial médico do paciente. Com a ajuda do sistema, o administrador, o corpo docente, os estudantes e os funcionários não precisam de preencher formulários repetidamente sempre que visitam a clínica escolar.
