Nos últimos anos, o desenvolvimento de uma nanotecnologia verde eficiente tem despertado o interesse dos investigadores pela biossíntese ecológica de nanopartículas. No presente estudo, relatamos a biossíntese de nanopartículas estáveis em água de ouro, prata, paládio e outros metais, utilizando extratos de chá verde e folhas de café como agentes redutores e encapsulantes. O extrato de folhas de chá verde e café reduziu o ouro, a prata, o paládio e formou nanopartículas. As nanopartículas foram caracterizadas por UV/Vis, analisador de tamanho de partículas (PSA) e microscopia eletrónica de transmissão (TEM). Além disso, AuNps, AgNps, PdNps etc. foram investigados para polifenóis e cafeína em SÍNTESE VERDE DE EXTRATO DE CHÁ E CAFÉ. Discutimos aqui um método rápido, simples, económico e ecológico através de uma rota completamente verde para a deteção seletiva. O método foi aplicado com sucesso para a determinação de polifenóis e cafeína em extratos de folhas de chá e café. Assim, este método pode ser utilizado para a biossíntese rápida e ecológica de AgNps, AuNps e PdNps estáveis.
