The city of Sorrah, cold, violent and dark in more ways than one. Riots break out constantly after law enforcement’s multiple failures of finding a missing child. The city reaches its lowest point with no hope of revival. Hope is slowly restored when the beloved mayor stands before the city and assures its citizens that Naledi will be found safe and sound and that Sorrah will return to her former glory. However, as the mayor gives his speech, a sudden commotion distracts the audience and shreds any glimmer of hope as the audience realizes that the mayor is suddenly missing as the dust settles. An anonymous figure sends cryptic messages on the mayor’s whereabouts and threatens to expose the sins in Sorrah. Chief of Police Melusi and Lieutenant Langa of the special unit drop all cases and unite to find the missing mayor. The people of Sorrah ponder the questions: Will Sorrah ever be peaceful again? Will the mayor be found in time and will Naledi ever return home where she belongs? All hope is lost in the city where nothing is what it seems.
