En vez de una distancia racionalista ante el objeto de su estudio, este libro ensaya ciertos procedimientos formales que señalan una toma de posición. Aquí no se trata de las imágenes en 2666: más bien, se interrogan las dimensiones subyacentes a lo visual –su carácter sistémico, su dinámica deformadora, su infiltración en la materia textual– intuyendo en ello el locus de una subversión suave frente a la representación mimética, arraigada en el pensamiento jerárquico de la mismidad. Así la estética deviene ética, y las minúsculas desgarraduras en el tejido representacional parecen anunciar la urgencia de superar nuestro posicionamiento habitual frente al mundo. Anna Kraus se doctoró en Letras hispánicas en la Universidad de Lund. Es autora de varias traducciones literarias del castellano, francés, sueco y noruego al polaco, entre ellas las de Nocturno de Chile y Monsieur Pain de Roberto Bolaño.
