Every J Stephen’s Garden Storybook is a wonderful read that not only provides a story with an uplifting moral, but also encourages your children to try and make, and most importantly, enjoy eating a wonderful children’s friendly dish.  Poor Sidney, from the day he was born, he was much smaller and weaker than all the other baby string beans. Sidney started life barely holding on to the string bean vine. As they reached for the sun and drank from the Spring rains, all the other baby string beans grew stronger and plumper, but poor Sidney withered under the shade of their leaves. That was until he got a little help from his friends.
