A kidnap and ransom ensues, and is complicated by some guy who likes to shoot graffiti vandals with a cross bow. Hopefully, the police can capture all these bad guys before anybody gets tortured or skewered, or forced to reveal their innermost thoughts at an inappropriate moment! Cathumus Pentacathula narrates this story with his usual flare and panache (if he actually had any, that is!). His personal comments are his alone and are not reflective of... anybody else!
