Dana Jessup is a Christian author, Christ-centered transformation consultant, and U.S. Air Force veteran originally from Nashville, Tennessee, now living on Florida’s beautiful Space Coast. She is passionate about teaching others that lasting freedom is found through faith in Jesus. After experiencing her own breakthrough from binge eating and food addiction, Dana felt called to share her story and build a faith-based wellness business that empowers others to stop guessing and start seeing real results. Her goal is to take the overwhelm out of health-because 'His yoke is easy and His burden is light' (Matthew 11:30).Her life and work are anchored in six powerful transformation pillars: authentic faith, vision setting, movement, nutrition, self-care, and creativity.
