Seuil de mon œil est à la fois une œuvre narrative autour d’un fait sociétal majeur qu’est le scrutin du 20 Décembre 2023, et une contribution participative à la nouvelle architecture d’un Congo régénéré, rêvé démocratique, prospère et émergent.Avec un style et un ton mêlant Pasteur, poète, dramaturge, libre citoyen, père de famille et politique acteur, je dépeins les péripéties de ce scrutin dans toutes ses phases : préparatoire, jour du scrutin et post scrutin.Dans la conclusion j’émets mon avis subjectif, avec en liminaire une ébauche de proposition de loi portant complément et révision de la loi sur le fonctionnement des partis politiques en RDC, quelques réaménagements à la lois électorale et une vingtaine de propositions en vue du redressement du cadre macroéconomique.
