It is a valuable tool that provides support for analysing the work process of Primary Health Care professionals, evaluating the quality of the services they offer, from the users’ perspective. Thus, in this evaluation, improvement strategies can be outlined in the area of primary care for users of the Unified Health System. From this perspective, we hope to contribute to the empowerment of users in terms of analysing the services received from health professionals, in order to contribute to an improvement in the care provided to them.
