He finds the killer is copying the gruesome deaths that were written about in a book about serial killers. Daniels discovers copycat murders that occurred throughout the country; in the Florida Keys, Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks, Wisconsin, Montana, Michigan and Idaho. He pursues the serial killer from a distance until the murderer gets too close.
