Der Autor stellt sich die Aufgabe, den Programmieraufwand bei bahngesteuerten Industrierobotern zu reduzieren. Sein Ziel ist es, durch den Einsatz von Sensoren weitgehend automatische Programmiervorgänge zu erreichen. Dabei legt er auf eine möglichst breite Anwendbarkeit der Verfahren für unterschiedlichste Bearbeitungsroboter wert. Folgende Themenbereiche sind Schwerpunkte der Arbeit: - Übersicht über Industrieroboter-Programmierverfahren; - Anforderungsanalyse bei sensorgeführter Programmierung; - Geometriesensoren und Sensorregelkreise für das nachführende Abtasten von Werkstückgeometrien (bis zu 6 Koordinaten); - Erzeugung der Bewegungsvorgabe für automatische Programmiervorgänge; - automatische Generierung von Bewegungsprogrammen durch Bahnspeicherung und Datenreduktion; - handgeführte, servogesteuerte Roboterprogrammierung. Anhand mehrerer Anwendungsbeispiele wird nachgewiesen, daß mit Hilfe der entwickelten und in eine Robotersteuerung integrierten Algorithmen Industrieroboter automatisch programmiert werden können und somit eine wesentliche Erhöhung der Wirtschaftlichkeit erreichbar ist.
