Sobre IBD

Der Autor schloss 1985 und 1987 sein Bachelor- und Masterstudium in Mikroelektrotechnik an der Tsinghua-Universität in China ab. Er promovierte in Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik an der George Mason University, Virginia, USA. Anschließend ging er ins Silicon Valley, wo er fast 20 Jahre lang für LSI und AMD im Bereich Halbleitertechnologie und IC-Designs von 0,8 µm bis 45 nm arbeitete. Seit 2013 ist er an der Shanghai Jiaotong University in der Abteilung für Mikro-/Nanoelektronik der Fakultät für Elektronik, Information und Elektrotechnik tätig. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind: 1) multidisziplinäre Anwendung von MEMS-Sensoren in der Triebwerksindustrie 2) multidisziplinäre Nanomaterialien und verwandte Anwendungen in der Triebwerksindustrie 3) Entwicklung von FBAR- und SAW-HF-Bauelementen, nanoelektronischen Bauelementen und CNT-bezogenen elektronischen Bauelementen Seine Einsichten und Visionen für die Zukunft von Wissenschaft, Technik und Technologie sind 他山之石,可以攻玉.
