From the beginning to the results of prayers, we are under legal obligation to pray according to the Will of God; however, where the Will of God is concealed, it is our responsibility to ask to know it before asking in our prayers. The conditions for answered prayers deal with praying accordingly, which is to say that we must conduct ourselves according to prayer protocols if we desire to see results. Because the fabric of prayer embodies important legal obligations, we have to understand that legal matters are not handled casually. We must also recognize that prayers involve diligent work, and our work ethics are scrutinized to establish our integrity and credibility. The exchange of our prayers with the release of blessings shows that the proper steps were followed and all the requirements were carefully met. The accusations of the enemy against the people of God are not limited only to deliberate acts of disobedience, but also to examining how we received the blessings of God. Righteousness and justice must be free from all partiality, and vetting of our prayers, requests, and petitions is not exempt from proper legal procedures. If we pray according to His Will, He heareth us, which means that prayers that bring results are not far apart from the instructions and guidelines of the law. Therefore, the enemy has the right to challenge our prayers in the legal system to oppose our requests or petitions and hinder our results. There are red lines we must never cross in our prayers unless we are engaging in prayers as acts of religious obligation rather than being result-minded. There is an awareness and consciousness that we must maintain in our prayers because expectations help us to show proper attentiveness. This is why our prayers must align with divine conduct: both our presentations and articulation must be free from errors and manipulation through wrong motives and devious concepts.
