This book explores the sea capabilities of our nation’s foremost special operations commandos, and is the second of a three-volume trilogy published by Phoca Press. The first, Air Capabilities of the U.S. Navy SEALs, by Captain (SEAL) Norm Olson and Commander (SEAL) Tom Hawkins was published in December 2017 and is available at phocapress.com. The land capabilities narrative completes the trilogy. Author Tom Hawkins is a retired Navy SEAL officer who led the development of maritime capabilities in combat diving, and submarines and submersible operations.
