Die in diesem Buch vorgestellte Forschungsarbeit befasst sich mit der Initiierung von Leistung und der Zuweisung von Unterträgern in einem dynamischen FFR-basierten Schema, das für Multi-Cell-OFDMA-Netzwerke entwickelt wurde, um den Durchsatz aller Nutzer in der Mitte von Bandbreiten-hungrigen Borrower-Zellen (überlasteten Zellen) zu verbessern, der zuvor durch das ursprüngliche FFR-3-Schema aufgrund der Aufteilung der Systembandbreite in Mittel- und Randbänder beeinträchtigt war. Dieses Buch enthält eine Literaturstudie, die Entwicklung des Rahmenwerks und der Simulationsszenarien, die Programmierung (Matlab), die Visualisierung sowie die Leistungsbewertung und -analyse. Das in diesem Buch vorgestellte Schema ist lastadaptiv, dezentralisiert und zeiteffizient und kann je nach Auslastung auf jeder Basisstation aktiviert werden. Das vorgestellte Schema wird für Forscher und Studenten bei der Entwicklung und Modellierung von Mobilfunknetzen der nächsten Generation wie 3GPP LTE und WiMAX (IEEE 802.16x) hilfreich sein.
