Paul formerly taught at the Joint Services Command Staff College, Defence Academy, Shrivenham for Kings College. An elected Councillor for the last twenty years, Paul is a former Council Leader and twice a Parliamentary Candidate. Paul is currently a Director of Curtin Communications ltd.
