The Word of God came into the world. By his word we can not only know God, but begin a Father, Child relationship that will continue into forever. The word reveals why we are here, what God is doing in our lives and where we are going. Without the word we would not, and could not know God and his wonderful plan for all who believe in his word. We all have freedom to believe in what we regard as truth. However when it comes to the big questions in life such as, why am I here; is there a greater purpose in life; is there life after death; then there is only one truth and that is found in the word from God. A third of my life was dedicated to me and my loved ones, I didn’t give much thought to God. Only through his word was I awakened to the truth that there is a reason for life here on earth. I was awakened to the truth about the purpose of my life. I found the truth about the big question, is there life after death. We all need a start, we all need some teaching in the scriptures. I was given that start, and I am overjoyed with the journey that followed. Our lives started with the word, it continues because of the word and the word brings knowledge and love into our lives.
