Dr. Katz examines him and diagnoses Sammy as having a small chemical disorder called the gloomy loomies. Upon giving Sammy some 'Giggles and Jiggles' medicine, he soon bursts out into giggles. He laughs so hard that he falls to the floor. It is so contagious that the doctor, Sammy’s little sister Lacy, and even his mother Lucy fall to the floor in uncontrollable laughter. And from there, the giggles and jiggles begins to spread across the whole town of Clawsville. And within a very short time, Sammy’s cat world is filled with the magic of joy and laughter.Hayley L.
