前言本书第1、第2版在2014年出版的《鲜为人知的俄国革命》第三版基础上， 加入2021年以来Россия/ㄌㄛ_ㄙㄧㄚ/俄罗斯译注的文章， 以书名《Россия/ㄌㄛ_ㄙㄧㄚ/俄罗斯历史译注论》作为-汉音元素范例9-出版， 有两个意图:一、从内容上对比理性中立与激情政治的方法论， 各有所长;二、展示汉音元素方案除了解决现行的用表意汉字翻译外来文字的混乱而达成简洁、准确、可标准化的明显优点之外， 还可以看出另一个优点:用汉音表述的翻译概念/名词可以被排列检索， 这是现行的表意汉字翻译无法实现的。希望中文早日采用汉音元素来翻译表意汉字以外的词语， 全面翻译、介绍、评述汉语以外的文明以及普通话以外的文化， 丰富中文的表述， 改善、扩展以汉语为母语者的视野与思维。第3版移除没有汉音元素表述的《鲜为人知的俄国革命》第三版的内容， 加入'Україна/Ukraina/ㄨㄎㄌㄚㄧㄋㄚ/乌克兰独立前简史'， 改名为《Slav/ㄙㄌㄚㄨ/斯拉夫文明译注》， 第4版加入'中文书写系统里导入汉音元素的方案'， 敬候读者的批判、建议和任何反馈。
