The women of the guild are at it again. Former vice president of the Shining Star guild, and member of the Tea Basket guild, Avery Underwood, has decided to run for public office. Avery plans to run for county engineer against the incumbent and her boss, Jasper Hollister. Simone Beck, another member of both guilds and recently wed to coach Kyle Beck, is facing a much different kind of struggle: how to balance work and marriage. While both women deal with disrespect, one from her employer and the other from her new husband, how they approach their dilemmas differs widely. Avery welcomes the assistance of her guild sisters while Simone feels the burdens of her marriage are hers to resolve alone. But members of both guilds stand at the ready to support and defend their sisters in need. This is the second book in the Tea Basket Quilters series.
