Like many parents involved in coaching their children: You volunteered to help, or were volunteered! Follow all the materials in each book, and your players will be learning the right skills for the right age group every season. They will be having more fun, and be on a gradual development pathway that should make them better, more skilful, players and continue playing rugby for longer.
